An HR Specialist plays a critical role in managing and enhancing the human resources department's efficiency within an organization. Responsibilities

Manage the recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or similar role in human resources management.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in various jurisdictions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities.
