Key Responsibilities
Support the update and creation of SOPs and documentation
Assist with employee file updates, audit preparation and HR administrative tasks
Support contract renewal administration under HR guidance
Support in coordination of the Youth program, including tracking and communication
Create content (videos, brochures, presentations, digital materials)
Assist with tracking and coordination of action plans
Assist in day-to-day activities related to HR Services
Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager, HR Operations, in line with business needs
Who We’re Looking For
Graduate – Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in HR, or can demonstrate their interest in HR)
Previous HR internship experience required
Proactive, highly organised, and detail‑oriented
Creative and comfortable with content creation (video scripting & editing)
Able to balance administrative, operational, and creative tasks
Currently in UAE with a valid visa & medical insurance
Curious, and a fast-learner, with passion for implementing digital solutions or automating processes (Experience in MS Power Platform will be a plus)
Fluency in Arabic will be a plus
Additional Information
Open to early‑career professionals and candidates returning to the workforce after a career break
Full commitment to the 6‑month duration is required, the start date is expected to be April 1st
Note, this internship is fully on-site 5 days/ week. Applicants are expected to confirm their ability to arrange daily transportation prior to applying.
