What Youll Do

As an HR Officer, youll play a key role in ensuring our associates feel supported throughout their journey with JA by:

Managing the end-to-end vacation process, from requests to flight ticket issuance
Assisting with the daily operations of the Human Resources Department
Supporting associates with HR-related queries, requests, and documentation
Coordinating employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and celebrations
Preparing certificates, birthday cards, name badges, and associate communications
Assisting with attendance administration and payroll-related submissions
Supporting employee relations matters, disciplinary meetings, and investigations
Coordinating transportation requests and other associate services
Maintaining accurate HR records, filing systems, and departmental documentation
Working closely with teams across the hotel to deliver a seamless associate experience

Qualifications

What Were Looking For

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources

Skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and administrative abilities
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care

Ideal Candidate Profile

In addition to the required HR experience, the ideal candidate will have:

Learning & Development experience or exposure
A valid UAE Driving Licence

A genuine passion for supporting people and creating positive workplace experiences
