Your Purpose:As our Talent Acquisition Officer, you will own recruitment across five venues and a growing group, from the first conversation with a hiring manager to a new joiner's first day. You will join a small, close-knit HR team where everyone knows each other's work, so you will learn every side of HR while making recruitment your own. This is a hands-on, mid-level role reporting to our Head of Talent & Culture: you will run recruitment yourself, day to day.

What You Will DoFind and Attract Talent
Partner with venue managers to define each hiring need.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies and hospitality schools.
Create job posts and employer branding content that make candidates want to join us.
Select the Right People
Screen, interview and assess candidates, using methods that reveal real hospitality attitude.
Run volume recruitment and assessment days.
Manage offers, references and background checks.
Welcome Them Well
Coordinate visa documentation, arrival and onboarding.
Deliver orientation and follow new joiners through their first months.
Measure and Improve
Keep our recruitment data accurate and report on time-to-fill, sources and costs.
Use AI and digital tools to make hiring faster and fairer.
Support the Whole Team
Cover colleagues across HR when needed, from administration to training.

What We're Looking For
2 to 4 years' experience in recruitment, in-house or agency.
Hospitality or F&B recruitment experience, ideally including volume hiring or a pre-opening.
Confident use of LinkedIn for sourcing, and real interest in AI and design tools.
Working knowledge of UAE Labour Law and the visa process.
Fluent English, written and spoken; additional languages are an asset.
Persistence, organisation and the autonomy to take a vacancy and run with it.
