Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role for an HR Manager based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates, with some flexibility for work from home. The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day HR operations, including managing employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, changes in employment status, and offboarding. The role involves maintaining and implementing HR policies, coordinating performance management activities, and supporting leaders in handling employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner. The HR Manager will collaborate with management to identify staffing needs, support recruitment activities, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal guidelines. The position also includes maintaining accurate HR records, preparing HR reports, and contributing to initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR operations.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
Candidates should possess skills in Performance Management, including supporting goal setting, evaluations, and feedback processes.
Candidates should possess knowledge of HR Policies, including developing, maintaining, and communicating policies and procedures in line with local regulations.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization.
Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a part-time, hybrid environment.
Working knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices; experience in Abu Dhabi or the wider UAE region is an advantage.
Proficiency with HR systems and office productivity tools, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
