Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Director role based in Lagos State, Nigeria for NONSTOP PRODUCTIONS. The Director will oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of creative and production projects, ensuring that concepts are translated into high-quality visual and narrative outputs. Daily responsibilities include developing creative direction, collaborating with producers, writers, and technical teams, managing production schedules and budgets, and making key decisions on casting, locations, and equipment. The role also involves guiding rehearsals and shoots, providing clear feedback to crew and talent, reviewing and approving edits, and maintaining consistent quality and brand alignment across all content. The Director will be expected to mentor team members, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure that all productions meet safety, regulatory, and timeline requirements.
Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading film, TV, or multimedia productions from concept through post-production, with a strong portfolio of completed work.
Proficiency in visual storytelling, script breakdown, shot planning, and directing talent and crew on set.
Strong project and people management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and team coordination.
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, technical, and business stakeholders, and to communicate clearly in high-pressure environments.
Solid understanding of production workflows, cameras, lighting, sound, and editing processes; familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
Proven ability to make balanced creative and operational decisions, solve problems quickly, and adapt to changing production needs.
Relevant education in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Knowledge of local industry practices and regulations in Nigeria; experience working in Lagos State or similar markets is an advantage.
