Role Description This part-time remote Payroll Specialist role at Centro de Diagnóstico por Imágenes CEDISA focuses on accurate and compliant payroll processing for the organization. The Payroll Specialist will calculate and process employee compensation, ensure proper deductions, and verify timesheets and attendance records. The role includes managing payroll-related inquiries, coordinating with HR and finance teams, and maintaining up-to-date payroll records and documentation. The Payroll Specialist will also monitor regulatory changes affecting payroll, assist with reporting and audits, and help improve payroll procedures for efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration to manage end-to-end payroll cycles accurately.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Payroll Taxes and compliance requirements to ensure all calculations and filings meet legal standards.
Candidates should possess experience with Payroll Services platforms and tools for efficient data entry, reporting, and reconciliation.
Candidates should possess the ability to handle Garnishments and other specialized deductions in accordance with applicable regulations.
Candidates should possess attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting software.
Candidates should possess effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Relevant experience in healthcare or medical services environments and familiarity with regional labor laws are beneficial.
