Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of Digital Marketing activities
• Supervise all aspects of Search engine optimisations and social media interaction and ensure a positive customer service experience.
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media and create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers increase employer and talent subscriptions through popular social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and TikTok).
• Launch optimized online adverts through social media to increase company and brand awareness.
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with external resources in terms of producing creative assets for social media activities.
• Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations if required.
Requirements
• Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
• Creative and passionate marketer with the ability to manage highly impactful campaigns
• Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO/SEM
• Skills and experience in creative content writing
• Graphic design skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a small team
• Problem solver, process oriented, and with a structured approach to work and perform any kind of tasks
• You have strong Microsoft Office skills
