Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Sales Executive at Gama Ship Repair in Dubai. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and manage the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities include lead generation, preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve market research, creating marketing strategies, and representing the company at industry events to promote its ship repair and marine services.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales and client relationship management, preferably in the marine or ship repair industry.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and proficiency in market research.
Effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and execute sales plans, manage pipelines, and achieve sales goals.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel locally as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
