Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager – IT & Hardware to lead business development and sales operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Saudi IT market, proven success in hardware sales, and the ability to build and manage key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.

• Identify new business opportunities in IT infrastructure and hardware solutions.

• Promote IT hardware products including servers, storage, networking equipment, desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical solutions to clients.

• Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.

• Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in IT & hardware in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi IT market and key industry players.

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Proven ability to identify and act upon market opportunities.
Sales strategies and techniques to achieve revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.

• Valid Saudi Driving License (mandatory).

• Arabic Language (mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related field preferred.
