JOB SUMMARY
Wei of Life Concierge Service Champ is currently looking for a full time Lifestyle Manager. As part of Wei of Life, you will provide a high-end/ high-touch service to our most valuable VIP Private Members. You will proactively communicate with them on a consistent basis and acquire a deep understanding of each Member’s unique lifestyle, preferences and needs- ensuring our services are personalized and of the highest quality. Our members are never alone: no request is too big, too small, or too complicated. Wei of Life Concierge is available to our members at all times for immediate assistance to resolve any possible issue.
The ideal candidate will have a robust customer service background in a fast-paced environment.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide high-quality personal customer service to clients
Handle any ad hoc requests: dinner reservations, arranging flowers, personal shopping, etc.
Coordinate and plan events such as birthday parties
Search and identify in-home personnel for clients including housekeepers, nannies, entertainers, and personal chefs
Network with clients
Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner.
Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their personal needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideally at least 2-3 years of high-end customer service experience
Preferred background in any of the following sectors/areas: Personal or Executive Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Lifestyle and or Account Management, Luxury Travel & Leisure
Takes great pride in offering helpful, friendly service at all times
Anticipates the services sought after by ascertaining the mood and style of the member
Identifies solutions before being asked
Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
Displays high standards of professional behavior and ethical standards
Creative problem-solver
Exceptional ability to handle multiple tasks on tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
Robust client-facing communication skills- both verbal and written
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Resourceful and confident self-starter
Hard working with a willingness to learn and a positive outlook
Proficient IT skills, confident with Microsoft office programs, especially Word and Excel
Demonstration of anticipating needs and providing efficient and flawless service
Minimum 1-3 years of administrative support or customer service in a fast-paced environment
HOURS OF WORK
Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm
Alternative weekly schedules and structures are also possible by mutual agreement
This is a remote working position
