General Manager Required in Dubai

The GM UAE is responsible to manage the Dubai branch of Edel & Stark. This includes but is not limited to managing employees, acquire and manage sales, build and maintain partner relationships, control operations, and oversee accounting.

Responsibilities and Duties

In charge of acquiring sales leads. Reaching the yearly sales KPI.
Manage the operations team (delivery & collection of vehicles, vehicle readiness etc)
Execute bookings from leads to sending offers (answer phone and email inquiries); support the operations team at vehicle delivery, pickup, and follow-up office work; prepare and send invoices; attend to aftersales (CRM); and deal with customer issues.
Ensure company guidelines and immaculate customer service is maintained throughout.
Control administration of own vehicles (maintenance, cleaning, repair etc)
Purchase and sell vehicles as needed and as per market demands
Maintain and further develop ES’ sales network in the UAE and beyond (hotels, travel agencies, brokers etc)
Maintain and further develop business relations needed for car rental activity (insurance, IT, garages, dealerships, showrooms, banks, competitors and partners etc)
Manage and update all car rental platforms
Update social media & coordinate marketing activities
Handle daily accounting matters and control external accountants.
Coordinate and handle all official relations, including but not limited to RTA and other government authorities
Prepared to work unsocial hours, incl. weekends, nights and bank holidays. Readiness to be on call 24/7.
