IT Sales Executive /European Nationality
We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic, and goal-driven salesperson who can help us grow our business internationally!
The ideal applicant would be exceptional at identifying and closing new sales opportunities. Utilizing a consultative sales strategy, he or she will leverage their in-depth understanding of SW & IT goods and services to find and qualify leads, opening up sales chances with both potential and current customers and hitting sales goals .
Job duties and responsibilities/The right person would be
· Developing a successful sales strategy and sales penetration for International Market & Middle East region in order to bring in new clients for Softversum.
· Develop and expand SW & IT services business portfolio.
· Evaluates client SW & IT requirements and offers advice, including SW & IT services and solutions.
· Prepares presentations and sales visits to market SW & IT services, solutions, and combo packages to clients.
· Ability to select correct products and present benefits appropriately to the clients.
· Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events, publications, etc. Networking to gain potential leads.
· Attends events and industry conferences for meeting potential clients, networking& lead generation and to be updated about the current technologies and trends in SW & IT sales.
· Establishing and maintaining solid client relationships.
· Exceed/Meet established business revenue targets for software sales
· Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report(CRM)
· Monitor and report sales activity within the system(CRM)
· Basic Knowledge & awareness of the latest software engineering methodologies & technologies including Agile, DevOps, ,Cloud Computing ,Data Science & Analytics, to be able to engage client stakeholders at all levels
Ability to work with diverse clients & Softversum teams in various service lines & locations,(Europe & Mexico)across multiple time zones.
Support in the creation of marketing materials and web features to advertise services, products, and solutions.
Carrying out extensive research to find market possibilities and competitors.
Process and methodology expertise on global delivery model.
Responding to RFQ/RFP/RFI, writing proposals, reports and supporting documents .
Additional responsibilities would be to ensure the projects are delivered as per client satisfaction and payments have been received.
Qualifications/ You should be having
· Bachelors Degree (preferable to be IT educated)
· At least 2-3 years of prior revenue generating software sales experience(more experience is desired)
· Mandatory to have a consistent sales performance background in software sales
· Articulate, well-organized, meticulous, and able to multi-task in an entrepreneurial atmosphere that is dynamic and changing quickly.
· Being able to combine knowledge from several disciplines, such as cold calling, consultative selling, product demonstrations, contract closing, operation/process flow, and product function.
· Possessing a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership, as well as the capacity to work independently and support team efforts.
· Strong business acumen, ethics and high integrity
· Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize
· A valid UAE driving license
