One of the leading FMCG distribution company is looking for a E-commerce Manager.

Job Location - Dubai

Must-Have:

Minimum 6 years of experience in eCommerce.

Industry - FMCG Preferred

The ideal candidate would establish an E-Commerce business to one of the most credible online trading sites in the Region. The platform will cover B2B customers, leveraging premium product portfolio and enhancing it with complementary products and services to offer end users the most convenient platform to renovate their living spaces.

Job Responsibilities:

Implement a best-in-class business model that captures all aspects of e-commerce including ranging, online & delivering customer experience, pricing, marketing, purchasing, fraud, and logistics
Define and deploy changes in product mix, service offering, interface design, metrics, and conversion maximization
Provide analytical support to Commercial Heads on product attractiveness, conversion, promotional effectiveness, service levels, and user propensity to buy based on online purchasing behavior.
Define the ongoing e-commerce roadmap inclusive of information architecture, user experience/navigation, site search, web analytics, site features and functionality, and transaction processing
Manage business requirements development in partnership with the Information Technology department to drive development initiatives that support the eCommerce roadmap
Ensure the day-to-day operational reliability including site up-time, functionality up-time, transaction processing functionality, and product presentation in partnership with IT and Marketing teams.
Integrate feedback from Customer Service and on-site customer search data to improve site functionality and product presentation requirements
Ensure timely and accurate deployment of new products, product updates, and pricing changes from a site operational perspective
Manage site quality control and efforts to ensure feature and functionality performance
Build, develop & lead a high-performance team
Foster a collaborative and supportive relationship between the commercial teams, marketing, and head office support functions to leverage full support.
