SUMMARY

The Moon Group is seeking a talented IT Administrator who will oversee our organization´s computer systems, manage IT teams and develop our IT infrastructure.

The position is responsible to upgrade and install hardware and software, perform troubleshooting to resolve IT issues, and maintaining our networks and servers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Administration of the Microsoft 365 environment
Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives
Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats
Manage workplace (MS Intune) and provide admin and support
Create user accounts and perform access control
Perform diagnostic tests and debug procedures to optimize computer systems
Document processes, as well as back up and archive data
Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures
Design and implement efficient end-user feedback and error reporting systems
Supervise and mentor IT department employees, as well as provide IT support
Keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration
Configure, monitor, and maintain networks and servers

PRIMARY SKILLS:

4+ years experience in a similar role
Microsoft 365 expert
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar
Extensive experience with IT systems (Microsoft Azure, MS 365, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, and MS Intune)
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
