Job Responsibilities:

Act as the post-deployment technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Information Security/technologies (including, but not limited to, their respective connectivity, APIs, configurations, customizations, integrations, dependencies, etc.)
Continuously monitor/enhance/maintain the Information Security solutions/technologies against defined KPIs, performance benchmarks/measurements, MSBs / hardening documents, advanced functionality/capability requirements, use cases, issue reporting, etc. and submit periodic performance reports as necessary, in line with UAE IA, ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standards, and requirements
Develop/review and/or assist in developing/reviewing test cases, etc, and relevant test reports as necessary to ensure that all functionalities are present, customized, and integrated and the stability of the solution is thoroughly tested and verified to enable Information Security services in scope.
Act as the primary point of contact for providing/coordinating post-deployment support with other teams and vendors on the Information Security solutions/technologies and be accountable for addressing any issues and/or enhancement/upgrade requirements from the end-users to ensure that the Information Security goals and objectives are met.
Develop and maintain API catalog between different security solutions to enable automated processing and enrichment of security events in line with Information Security workflows.
Plan / provide and/or assist in planning / providing Information Security training and awareness workshops on appropriate Information Security topics. Prepare and maintain the plan, schedule, and attendance records of the training conducted.
Provide support on Information Security incident management activities (E.g. incident investigation, report development/review, corrective & preventive actions, etc.).
Prepare/review/conduct appropriate presentations for stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Technical Skills Required:

Bachelor or master degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Security / Cyber Security, or equivalent.
10+ years experience in Information Security solutions implementations, consultation, and management
Good experience in AWS and DevSecOps environment managing both internal and client’s network.
Deliver support and maintenance services for Information Security solutions in line with the requirements based on international and local Information Security standards such as, but not limited to: NIST, SIA, UAE IA, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, other industry frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Certifications preferred for this role CSSLP/CISSP-SSCP/CISSP-ISSEP/GMON (GIAC – Continuous Monitoring)/GPPA (GIAC Certified Perimeter Protection Analyst) / SANS – SEC511: Continuous Monitoring and Security Operations
