Key Requirements

Minimum 2 years of HR/personnel experience within the Dubai real estate industry
Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Arabic speakers will have an added advantage
Strong recruitment, interviewing, and talent acquisition skills
Highly organized, responsible, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced and professional environment
India, Pakistan, and the Philippines are not accepted.
Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
Conduct interviews and candidate screening
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation
Manage employee relations and daily HR operations
Support and improve HR systems, policies, and internal processes
Ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations and company policies
