About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic HR Specialist to join a reputable legal firm based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the firm’s human resources operations ensuring compliance, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting leadership in building a professional and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end employee lifecycle including recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, and exit formalities.
Support manpower planning and talent acquisition needs in collaboration with department heads.
Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with confidentiality and professionalism.
Assist in developing HR policies, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communication strategies.
Support training and development programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
Coordinate with management on visa processing, renewals, and other government-related HR tasks.
Requirements

4–5 years of HR experience, preferably within a legal environment.
Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR systems, MS Office, and reporting tools.
