Role & Responsibilities

Deliver warm, efficient, and professional table service to guests in assigned dining or event areas.
Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicate them promptly to kitchen/staff, and ensure timely delivery.
Set up, clear, and sanitize tables between services — maintaining spotless, organized dining environments.
Assist with menu presentation, upselling specialty items, and answering guest inquiries about offerings.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, reconcile end-of-shift totals, and follow POS protocols.
Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and host staff to ensure seamless guest experiences during peak hours.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
Hotel/Restaurant POS Systems
Tableside Service Protocol
Menu Knowledge & Upselling
Cash Handling & Transaction Accuracy
Guest Complaint Resolution
Basic Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP or local equivalent)
Preferred
Experience in Fine Dining or Event Catering
Fluency in Arabic or Hindi (in addition to English)
Experience with Banquet or Hotel Dining Setup
