Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at momento lounge cafe in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks according to established recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include welcoming guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing attentive customer service while maintaining a clean and organized service area. The role involves basic food preparation for items such as pastries or light snacks, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is properly cleaned and maintained. The Barista works closely with the café team to support smooth operations, uphold hygiene and safety standards, and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests professionally and build positive relationships.
Candidates should possess Barista skills, including coffee preparation, espresso machine operation, and basic drink customization.
Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, coordinate with team members, and respond to guest inquiries.
Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills for handling and presenting café food items in line with hygiene and safety guidelines.
Previous experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality environment is preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods, work shifts including weekends and holidays, and handle a fast-paced environment.
Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system experience is an advantage.
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are beneficial.
