We are seeking confident and target-driven Tele Sales Representatives (Hindi Speakers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, engaging customers effectively, and converting leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales
Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets

Requirements

Fluent Hindi speakers only
1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, BPO, customer service, or sales
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
