Role Description The Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales of furniture solutions across key sectors such as Hospitality, Education, Healthcare, and high-end Residential. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The Sales Executive will coordinate with design, operations, and delivery teams to ensure projects meet client expectations and timelines. The role also involves tracking sales performance, maintaining accurate CRM records, and providing market feedback to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, fit-out, or related commercial solutions.
Strong client relationship management skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and account development.
Ability to prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals, and to negotiate pricing and contract terms.
Solid understanding of the Hospitality, Education, Transportation, Healthcare, or high-end Residential sectors is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; Arabic skills are a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through on sales activities.
Comfortable working on-site with clients and partners in Abu Dhabi, including regular field visits and meetings.
Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage pipelines and reporting.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented, target-driven environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
