We're looking for Talent Sourcer to join our growing team and play a critical role in delivering exceptional talent for some of the world's most exciting companies.

About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging exceptional talent across multiple international client projects. You'll work alongside our Talent Partners, acting as the market expert behind every successful search.

This is far more than sourcing LinkedIn profiles. You'll build talent maps, uncover hidden talent, provide market insights and develop proactive pipelines that enable our clients to hire the very best people before their competitors do.

You'll gain exposure to a diverse range of industries, technologies and international markets while developing deep expertise in executive search, embedded recruitment and strategic talent acquisition.

What You'll Be Doing

Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies for hiring projects across multiple international clients.
Identify, engage and build relationships with exceptional passive and active talent.
Deliver detailed market mapping, competitor research and talent intelligence to support hiring strategies.
Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines that provide long-term value to our clients.
Partner closely with Talent Partners to refine search strategies, advise on market conditions and identify opportunities to improve hiring outcomes.
Produce talent insights, market reports and pipeline updates that help clients make informed hiring decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate and market data within our tools.
Continuously explore new sourcing techniques, tools and AI-powered technologies to improve research quality and efficiency.
Represent both The Talent Collective and our clients professionally throughout every candidate interaction, creating an outstanding candidate experience.

Who You Are

We're open to graduates or early career talent sourcers, we're more interested in your curiosity, ability to learn new things and how you use AI.
Excellent research skills with the ability to uncover talent beyond traditional channels.
Experience managing multiple projects at once.
Naturally curious, commercially aware and passionate about understanding talent markets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence engaging senior technical professionals.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
A collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
