We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our team on a 6-month internship. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain broad exposure across the HR function while supporting the everyday processes that keep a fast-paced, multi-brand hospitality business moving.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome candidates who are currently pursuing, or have recently completed, a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. This internship offers hands-on exposure across a range of HR areas, with a particular focus on supporting the onboarding process, people relations, and employee engagement initiatives — a great opportunity to build practical experience across the employee journey.

As the role involves supporting a range of HR functions and administrative processes, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work and data entry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Agility and confidence in working across different systems and technology platforms.
An agile, curious learner with a genuine willingness to gain exposure across various areas of Human Resources.
A genuine willingness to learn and gain exposure across various areas of Human Resources.
A proactive attitude and the ability to support multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
