Service Center staff Required in Dubai
We are Looking for an experienced and passionate service center staff to join our dynamic team. As part of our mission to provide the highest quality customer service, we provide services to our customers that are tailored to their needs. In this position, you will use your excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to provide superior customer service.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide customer service support by telephone, email, or in-person.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, escalating them as necessary.
Assist customers with product selections, including determining product suitability, availability, and pricing.
Enter customer orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Upsell products and services to customers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with product or services.
Make referrals to other resources as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments including sales and marketing as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service experience
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to solve problems and handle customer complaints
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to use a computer, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) programs is preferred.
