Driven Properties LLC is looking for a highly motivated and professional Receptionst to join our dynamic team in Dubai.

The Receptionist is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers and Customer Service Representative interact with customers to provide information in response to questions, concerns and complaints by phone and Internet.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Generate sales leads and maintain customer database
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Guiding customers on products and services, ensuring customers are aware of latest information and encouraging customer to use mobile application to its optimum best

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience in Real Estate Industry
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
UEA Drivers License
