Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-ownership, execution-driven HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in our Dubai business.
This role goes beyond traditional HR it requires someone who can hire fast, manage people effectively, ensure compliance, and build a strong employee experience while supporting business growth.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the UAE market and a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Drive end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Design, and Operations roles
Partner with hiring managers to close positions with speed and quality
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
Ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
Manage documentation, induction, and system setup
Handle structured and compliant offboarding processes
3. UAE Labour Law & Compliance
Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and HR regulations
Manage employee contracts, visa coordination, and documentation
Stay updated with changes in labor policies and implement them
4. Payroll & HR Operations
Manage payroll inputs, attendance, and leave records
Ensure accurate and timely salary processing
Maintain employee records and HR MIS
5. Employee Engagement
Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention
Plan engagement activities and build a positive work culture
Act as a bridge between employees and management
6. Performance Management
Support goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles
Work with managers to improve team performance
Identify and address performance gaps
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
High level of adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Execution-focused with a hands-on approach
Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of overall HR experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai / UAE market
Prior experience in interior design / fit-out / construction / similar industries is preferred
Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law is mandatory
