Senior Accountant Required in Dubai

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Position: Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment: Full-Time

Key Requirements:

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting*

* Experience in Shipping/Maritime-related accounting

* Experience in making business analysis and feasibility studies.

* Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense monitoring

* Experience preparing financial statements, reports, budgets, and account reconciliations

* Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting regulations including Corporate Tax management and filing.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Able to work independently and manage multiple accounts and responsibilities

* Must be willing to work and be based in Abu Dhabi

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

* Relevant accounting experience in the UAE

* Previous experience handling accounts for Shipping and Real Estate/Property Management companies is highly preferred
