Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA is preferred.
Minimum of 5 8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 3 years in a senior accounting role.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
