Sales Executive Required in Dubai

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will get a chance to work with like-minded professionals and continue to build a strong portfolio with a company striving for growth and progress. Our vision is to eventually expand within the Middle East and India.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or any related field
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in insurance brokerage or TPA companies
Good knowledge of the UAE insurance market
Impressive portfolio and has a good client database
Proven record of sales and experience in dealing with companies / corporate accounts
offering group insurance

Proficiency of MS Office applications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
A valid UAE driving license and own car is a must. Immediate joiners will be prioritized
