Sales And Marketing Specialist Required in Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing Marketing Technology (MarTech) startup with a strong focus on the gaming sector. The ideal candidate will have a solid technology background, hands-on experience in sales and marketing, and a strong understanding of digital advertising within gaming.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the gaming ecosystem
Execute marketing strategies to promote products and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships across gaming and digital sectors
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts
Conduct market research and analyze trends in digital advertising and gaming
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing within gaming, digital advertising, or MarTech (gaming experience is mandatory)
Strong technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in BTech or BSc (mandatory)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising technologies, and gaming ecosystems
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi

Preferred Skills

Experience working in startups or high-growth environments
Strong network within the gaming or digital media industry
Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach
