Sales Account Manager Required in Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager for an demanding and challenging roles which includes research and exploring new business opportunities. The candidate must have fair exposure to fire protection industry and aware of the latest trends in the market. Primary focus would be turnkey implementation, managed services & AMC.

The primary role of the Sales Account Manager is to deliver revenue objectives by managing and developing new business and by driving utilization within assigned strategic accounts. Generates sales and business, develops relationships with new clients, makes sales visits and presentations, maintains advanced knowledge of products and services, and establishes and meets sales goals.

Responsibilities

Lead generation for new clients by cold calling, referrals and emails
Coordinate site visit, create BOQ and costing sheets based on the requirement with help from the technical team
Responding to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
Ability to listen to customer requirements and asking appropriate questions to gather information.
Ability to select correct products and present benefits appropriately.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, distributors and vendors.
Networking through referrals and contacts to generate new business.
Secondary responsibilities would be to ensure the projects is delivered as per client satisfaction and payments have been received.
Identify new areas for business growth by researching industry and related events, publications, etc. Networking to gain potential leads
Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Experience with Customer Service, Management, Leadership, Staffing
Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal Communication
Problem Solving and Decision-Making skill
Time Management, Working Under Pressure
Proven history of closed business and ability to meet sales targets
Minimum 4 years of Work experience in UAE
A valid UAE driving license- Preferred.
Effective, efficient and possessing strong organizational and follow-up skills. Able to address client's question technically
