About The Role

We are looking for Cosmetics Sales Executive. We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated candidate to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities

· Clients Consultation, advising, and explaining about the products.

· Understanding active ingredients to recommend products based on a customer’s needs.

· Understanding the Product Application. Can apply in front of the camera and to the customer.

· Sales: Your primary role is to sell products, and doing so may require drumming up new business from time to time. Making cold calls to solicit new business, following up with previous clients to encourage repeat sales, all are a few ways you’ll need to approach your vending when customers don’t come directly to you. Charisma, closing skills, and the ability to combine complementary items will increase your earnings potential.

· Customer Service: Providing support to your clients to ensure their satisfaction and facilitate future sales is an essential part of your job. When done consistently and with finesse, follow-up calls after a purchase, a card on birthdays or anniversaries, and giving advanced notice of sales and promotions can build rapport while meeting your marketing objectives. In some cases, you’ll be called upon to process exchanges and returns, which can enable you to problem-solve while proposing solutions that can result in additional sales.

· Cashier, Inventory Control, and Some Reporting. Controlling cash is an everyday part of your job in a retail setting.

Requirements:

· 2 years’ experience in cosmetics.

· Can work on ERP-System (Odoo).

· Ability to multitask effectively.

· Strong follow-up, and decision-making skills.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

· Perfect English accent. (Arabic speaker is a plus)

· Excellent interpersonal skills to successfully interact with customers.

· Can work comfortably in front of the camera.
