Retail Assistant Required in Dubai

In your role you will be responsible for welcoming and directing customers, attending to their queries, helping them with product selection, managing document as applicable and handling payment transactions. The role will require you to be great listeners with high energy, and great customer focus.

You will be working in teams alongside senior colleagues who will be offering continued coaching and guidance.

The role will require you to work in shifts on rotational basis and for 6 days a week.

Responsibilities and Duties

Respond efficiently and accurately to customers, provide possible solutions, and ensure that customers feel supported and valued
Promote (Cross-sell/ Up-sell) the company’s product offering to help drive shop profitability
Handling cash and operating the cash register
Perform ad-hoc sales reporting and stock keeping activities

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or university degree will be preferred
Experience of working in a customer facing role will be preferred
Ability to communicate effectively in English (mandatory) and in Arabic (preferred)
The ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively
Proficient with Ms Office suite
