Customer Service Representative Required in Dubai
Responsible for acting as a liaison between patients and the clinic.
Provides high level of customer service to patients and visitors, leads communication between the clinical team, patient relation representatives and patients.
To attend patients approaching the front desk in the procedure of check-in and check- out, inquiries and all related matters in line with the policies of the organization.
Greets patients in a friendly and professional manner on their arrival and offers refreshments.
Schedules and confirms appointments via the telephone or face to face following the patient’s or the Doctor’s request using the standard booking protocols.
Answers all questions and queries patients may have or investigate and return their call immediately providing information regarding EUC policies and procedures
Assist patients in completing registration forms, when necessary or direct them on how to do so.
Prepare daily schedule and reports for clinical support staff in advance.
Ensure compliance with all Government regulations.
Education: Graduate of an accredited university or minimum higher secondary
Experience: not less than 3 yrs admin or customer service experience, medical / dental administrative background is a must
Language: Fluent in English and preferably Arabic.
