Strong sourcing and hiring skills for real estate agents, team leaders & sales professionals

Ability to adapt quickly and meet hiring targets

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Confident, presentable, and professional personality

Preferred:

Multilingual candidates

Someone who can represent and be the social face of the company.

Comfortable engaging with candidates, events, and networking platforms
