Role Responsibilities

Source, identify, and engage potential candidates using creative and innovative methods.
Manage the recruitment pipeline from initial outreach to offer acceptance.
Coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
Communicate proactively and professionally with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the applicant tracking system.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment.
Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.
Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.
Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders across all levels.
