We are looking for a meticulous and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Mesa office, making it an ideal choice for professionals who value both precision and adaptability. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will ensure that company data is entered, maintained, and processed accurately to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and update records accurately into company databases and systems
• Review and verify data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive company information
• Assist in preparing reports and data summaries as needed
• Coordinate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or answer queries
• Complete data entry tasks promptly to meet set deadlines
• Follow company protocols and best practices for efficient data management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; administrative qualifications are an advantage
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or collaboratively
• Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory
Pay Range:
$28 – $32 per hour (based on experience and skills)
