As a network administrator for the Raha Beach Ventures family of companies, you will be in charge of maintaining the many networks and systems that keep our organization running. From making sure security is rock solid to leading updates and training users, you'll be more than just IT support—you'll be the thing that ties all of the organization's operations together. For you to do well in this role and help move our organization forward, you need to know a lot about technology and have a deep understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Objectives of this Role

Assist with designing, setting up, and maintaining networks.
Help all of the organization's operating systems connect to the network.
Make sure all network computers can connect reliably and consistently.
Plan, put into action, and keep an eye on disaster and recovery plans.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Take care of network servers and the hardware, software, services, and settings that go with them.
Suggest, test, and put in place upgrades to the system and security.
Always check the stability and performance of the network and fix any problems you find.
Make, change, and keep track of user settings and permissions for a network.
Write network and application tech docs

Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in networking and IT systems
Network engineering, operations, and performance analysis experience
Solid background in server management and monitoring
Excellent communication and training skills for users
English language fluency

Preferred Qualifications

Computer-related baccalaureate
2+ years network admin
CISSP, CCNA, or CCNP certification
MCSE certification
