IT Hardware Sales Manager Required in Dubai
My client, is a leading Distributor of IT Hardware products in Dubai since 2003. The company has state of the art warehousing and distribution facilities in Jebel Ali free zone.
They are looking to fill the following positions:
1) Sales Manager : Printers & IT Hardware Peripheral
2) Sales Manager : Memories & Storage
3) Sales Manager : Consumables
4) Sales Manager : Display Monitor
Sales Manager : Printers & IT Hardware Peripheral
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for achieving sales through targets for printing & solution through channel partners (Laser printers, laser MFDs, fax Machines & Inject MFDs)
Responsible for managing the territory through channel sales team.
Responsible for channel expansion as per company's objectives.
Responsible for geographical penetration within the territory as per company's goal.
Should provide strategic guidance to the team to ensure goals are met.
Motive / train team on a regular basis.
Maintain & nurture relationships with local partners.
Proactively work collaboratively with Partner Account Managers to identify and generate sales opportunity, drive customer interactions including sales calls, presentations, virtual or face to face demonstrations.
Actively participate in account planning and strategy sessions
Be responsible for the solution design, proof of concept, sales proposal and the subsequent generation of the required scoping documentation and associated sales documentation in accordance with company processes.
Use sales processes ensuring the customers' wants, needs and options are identified and documented
Ensure in compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Analyze expenses and revenues and make adjustments in sales plan to achieve profitability.
Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
Evaluate the performance of sales team and develop performance improvement plans.
Maintain sales documentation for reference purposes.
Work with sales team to develop promotional activities.
Identify and contact resellers & vendors.
Perform price and contract negotiations as needed.
Address customer concerns promptly according to company guidelines.
Process customer payments in a timely manner.
Stay current in market trends and techniques
JOB ESSENTIALS:
Excellent spoken, written communication & presentation skills.
Experience in handling team - and must be a good motivator with proven successes in the past in handling a territory for channel business through a team.
Must have good grip on commercials, commercial transactions & related fundamental concept.
Minimum 5 to 7 years of previous experience in IT printer industry in brands like HP, Epson, Canon, Ricoh
Proven track record of having a goal-oriented approach to reaching and exceeding monthly goals.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with minimal supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating work efforts with other employees and organizations
Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details
A solid understanding of the Commercial Print Solutions Portfolio.
2.SALES MANAGER - IT CONSUMABLES (Ink Tones/Supplies/Sub channel distribution)
3.SALES MANAGER - MEMORIES & STORAGE (CPUs, Graphic cards, Hard disk ,SSD)
4.SALES MANAGER - LED DISPLAY MONITOR (ASUs/Lenovo , Huwai)
Job responsibilities for the above 3 positions:
Coordinate with sales team to develop and implement sales plan.
Should provide strategic guidance to the team to ensure goals are met.
Responsible for managing the territory through channel sales team.
Oversee parts marketing activities to achieve revenue goals.
Manage daily activities of sales team to meet sales objectives.
Perform inventory management to avoid surplus and obsolete stocks.
Identify new business opportunities to improve sales.
