Oasis Advisory is seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a marketer with experience in the plastic or manufacturing industry, who is eager to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored for the plastic manufacturing sector
• Plan and execute digital and offline campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and trade exhibitions
• Create compelling content for products and brand promotion to highlight packaging and plastic solutions
• Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, emerging trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure marketing strategies align with overall business objectives
• Manage website updates, product catalogs, brochures, and other promotional materials
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and generate reports to measure ROI
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in the plastic, packaging, or manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media marketing platforms
• Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Creative and results-oriented mindset, with ability to think strategically and execute effectively
