Business Development Manager - Dubai

TESTCOO, a global leader in quality inspection and audit services, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the TIC industry and a passion for cultivating long-term client relationships. Candidates must be based in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and acquire new clients to expand the company’s portfolio
• Prepare and deliver customized business proposals tailored to client needs
• Conduct sales meetings, lead negotiations, and manage deal closures
• Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and support
Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management within the TIC industry
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM systems and business reporting tools
• UAE residency is required
