Logistics Executive: Import & Export (Fashion & Sports Products) - Dubai

We are currently hiring for the role of Logistics Executive – Import & Export to manage international logistics operations within the fashion, retail, and sportswear sector. Based in Dubai, this role requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of customs procedures, international trade documentation, and import/export compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete logistics processes for import and export of fashion and sportswear items
• Handle all shipping documentation including commercial invoices, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Conformity, and related forms
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and Dubai Free Zone authorities to ensure timely and accurate customs clearance
• Monitor global shipments, address clearance delays, and provide quick resolutions to any logistics issues
• Ensure all operations comply with local customs regulations, Incoterms, and proper usage of HS codes
• Maintain coordination between internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure seamless movement of goods
Preferred Profile:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics within fashion, retail, or FMCG sectors
• Proficiency in international trade processes and UAE customs clearance regulations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage time-sensitive shipments
• Familiarity with supply chain systems and shipping documentation workflows
