We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Junior Bartender to join our team in COYA Abu Dhabi who is passionate about hospitality, guest experience and developing a career in bartending.

The ideal Junior Bartender should have:

A minimum 1 years' experience in a guest-facing role within luxury or high-end hospitality environment.
Basic cocktail and spirits knowledge.
Strong guest engagement and sales skills.
A genuine passion for hospitality
Excellent English communication skills
A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
The ambition to grow within an international luxury hospitality brand

We are looking for someone who:

Has passion for bartending and is eager to develop a career within an internatioanl luxury hospitality brand.
Demonstrates a guest-focused approach with the ability to recommend and upsell beverages where appropriate.
Have fluency in French, Italian or Spanish.
Is ambitious and eager to develop an international career to support COYA Venues.
