IT Project Coordinator Required in Dubai

To support the Project manager, manage projects end to end.

Internal Products
Follow up with the team on tasks list and time sheet entry
Collecting and data entry of tasks list on delivery application
Generating required reports (Management Dashboard and weekly reports)
Coordinating feature lists and product activities for all products
External Projects
Customer /Vendor follow up to fulfil different plans milestones and escalate if needed
Internal process triggering and follow up.
Internal Digital assets cleaning and arranging and help in document quality assurance and naming convention
Education / Experience / Knowledge
IT background (Engineering or B.Sc)
Masters is a plus
Fresher to maximum 2 years’ experience in Project coordination
Worked with IT development and implementation projects
Good understanding of Agile and waterfall project methodology
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Ability to work well with large and diverse teams
Ability to work with a remote team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure
Basic Project Management processes and methodologies
Agile Methodology, Software development and implementation processes
Communication And Working Relationships
Must work closely with Project Manager
Must work closely with the Development and QA team to follow-up and track tasks for
projects/products
Must work with other departments for Internal process triggering and follow up.
Outside Relationship:
Follow-up on Clients and Vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Must be able to work with a remote team effectively and efficiently
Normal office working hours is 8 to 5, but depends on work load
