IT Contracts Manager Required in Dubai

Manage the IT contracts process through the entire contract life cycle & manage the vendor / IT technology acquisitions process

Vendor Management & Contracting

• Manage supplier and vendor strategic relationships, management activities and controls

• Manage the IT contracts process through the entire contract life cycle

• Support the GIT procurement and contracting strategy formulation

• Manage the IT contract compliance reporting process to provide timely and relevant information to senior leadership.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of the issues identified.

Operational

• Responsible for review of contracts to ensure best fit for ENOC.

• Ensure contract language allows for flexibility as the company changes

• Knowledge of IT contracts scope to leverage capabilities / uses

• Manage the procurement of IT solutions and services.

• Management of GIT contracts and ensure adherence to agreed clauses.

• Support tracking budget impact of contract outcomes

• Review and analyze IT contracts and associated invoices to verify that invoices are billed according to the terms of the contract.

People and Talent Management

• Educate teams on contract language and terms

• Manage and resolve team conflicts.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships and working collaboratively with internal/external stakeholders and customers to achieve objectives.

Education

• Degree: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.

• Preferred professional certifications: IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL, etc.)

Experience

10+ years of relevant Information Technology experience or equivalent.
2-3 years in supporting contract life cycle
2-3 years vendor/partner communication experience
Project Management , Delivery management experience preferred
Proven experience in supplier and vendor management.
