Information Technology Support Technician Required in Dubai

Our team of highly qualified and experienced engineers and system consultants support companies with global IT requirements. Clients span across a range of industries including; financial services, insurance, hospitality, aviation, real estate, recruitment, education, professional services, medical and public services.

As a Technician you’ll be responsible for taking on issues from our diverse range of clients and their systems, providing high level support to our team and client base. Investigating and carrying out proactive maintenance and updates to systems outside of our clients core hours. Working for a MSP you will occasionally be required to work on site, sometimes for long periods of time.

You’ll have at least three years’ experience in a similar role providing level 2 support. You will be highly competent in desktop, software, Office 365 support and basic network troubleshooting. Experience managing your work through tickets would be advantageous. Whilst not essential, an MCSA qualification or equivalent is desirable. Previous work in an MSP environment is also preferred.
