Experienced in recruitment and onboarding.

Knowledgeable and very comfortable with Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack and Monday.com experience is a plus.
Skilled at drafting HR processes and policies from scratch, improving upon them, and executing efficiently.
Excellent skills in organizing, maintaining, and updating records.
Team player with a passion to work closely with others while maintaining an entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Run the daily functions of the HR department.
Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of the right talent for open positions.
Establish efficient, modern, and effective HR policies that help sustain and scale Bearaby's growth.
Maintain all employee records and act as a point of contact to answer all HR related questions.
Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance.
Build strong communication with the teams to understand and foresee the need for new skills, and draft talent management strategies based on that.
Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
Manage correspondence with vendors and agencies when necessary, and be a reference point on administrative matters.
Help build a one-of-a-kind culture across the company by being courteous, friendly, and helpful towards others.

YOU Have:

A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3-6 years of progressive experience in HR
Passionate for what you do and a desire to do it with a purpose-driven company like Bearaby
