Human Resources Executive Required in Dubai
We are looking for a dynamic, hardworking, fun, detail oriented, an excellent coordinator and a multi-tasker.
You will overlook medical insurance, recruitment, visa processing, HR admin and basic reporting.
Responsibilities
· Perform full cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
· Managing and overseeing daily operations of the Concept - payroll, leave management and benefits.
· Resolving day to day operational queries from the employees.
· Coordinate submission of monthly time & attendance records for office employees.
· Manage employee recognition, reward & engagement activities in accordance with company policies.
· Managing payroll additions and deductions.
· Administer the exit process for all voluntary and involuntary exits, including conducting exit interviews.
· Maintain an up-to-date computerized database of all employees.
· Coordinate with all departments with regards to Human Resources related activities.
· Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing various engagement activities.
· Ensure HR Processes, Policies & Systems are followed in any activity carried out.
· Handling the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals.
· Liaising with stakeholders and other teams.
Knowledge, Skills & Experienc
Education- Undergraduate/Graduate
Language- English – Mandatory
Arabic & French – Preferably
Job Experience- 2 years experience in a multi-cultural environment and familiar with the UAE labor law.
Proficient at an advanced level with MS Office and computers and relevant programs.
