Responsibilities

Operate the day to day HR administration functions .
Source qualified real estate professionals for open opportunities
Screen and interview candidates throughout the recruitment process
Attract high-performing real estate talent, including real estate agents and sales professionals
Support the company's ongoing growth and workforce requirements through effective hiring activity

Requirements

Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in Real Estate Recruitment and HR Operations .
Experience in identifying, attracting and engaging experienced real estate agents
Clear understanding of the UAE real estate market
Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic and any other language is a plus
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and recruitment databases or ATS systems
Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Bayt, Naukrigulf, or similar platforms
Experience recruiting real estate agents and sales professionals is preferable
Immediate availability is preferred
